Does this type of software install a self loader on the USB drive so you can use it on other PCs? (Enter password) Or is the use of the USB restricted to the creating PC?

Copy executable to USB.

Plug USB into any machine and run the executable from USB and enter the password to get acess to your encrypted files.

Note   Note
When SafeHouse Explorer is installed on portable media, such as a USB flash drive, the data can be accessed on any computer into which the media are plugged, without SafeHouse having to be installed on the PC. But it doesn't leave any trail of that data on the hosting computer.
