How to See What User Name a Program is Running as in Windows 7

When you are using the Run as Different User option, then this will show you how to see what user name a program is running as in Windows 7.



Here's How:
1. Open Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESCAPE).

2. Click on the Processes tab. (See screenshot below step 4)

3. Look for the program's EXE file listed under the Image Name column.

4. Under the User Name column for that program you will see the user account name that it is running as.

5. Close Task Manager when done.
