No. This will only affect any system files that you replace.
It really depends on what was found corrupted in the sfcdetails.txt file from the SFC scan, and if you are having an issues or not. If it's to much that is bad, then a repair install should take care of it, but be sure to read the yellow TIP box in the repair install tutorial for what may be affected. As usual, it's best to backup anything that you do not want to lose first to be safe.
