| | Hello, I recently had a laptop and it runs with Windows 7 Starter and after like days of purchasing it I found out that I can't change my wallpaper. And I'm planning to download this Oceanis wallpaper changer that I found in this forum. Is it 100% safe to use and can I guarantee that it won't damage my laptop? Thanks. AND OH! Can it also change themes? Thanks again!  |

| | Hello Mave, Yes, it's 100% safe to use. If for some reason it will not run properly for you due to something interfering with it, then you could just uninstall it with no issues. |
