If you wanted to do so to a USB, then you would need to use PART 2 in the tutorial below instead. :)

This is quite lovely and much easier to face than other so-called instructionals.
I have two ... ish ... questions. First, do I need a double layer DVD to burn a Win7 64 bit sp1 ISO?
Second, I think I can just copy my original install disk to said DL DVD. Would it make more sense to burn my ISO to a DVD stick? Assuming I can find a How-To that's as nice as this one.

A standard 4.7 GB DVD would be plenty to burn a 64-bit Windows 7 w/SP1 ISO file to.
I would recommend to burn the ISO to the DVD to have it be bootable. :)

I don't understand the different types of DVD's so am wondering if mine is ok for this? I have a partial package of these that were given to me.
