| | I literally just downloaded SP1 for 7, and I am having the exact same problem on my 32bit desktop. My 64 bit machine, I just downloaded the latest version, and everything is working fine. It is only the 32bit machine having a problem. I am getting the same error message as you are.  DisableTaskBarOnTop is seriously one of my favorite programs. | | I'm currently a bit short on time to mess around with the SP, but if someone could send me the 32-bit explorer.exe from the SP, via for example sendspace.com, it should be somewhat quick and easy to update the utility. |

| | I tried the new version on my win32 SP1 but I get this error: Unknown Explorer Version (6.1.7601.17514) can't apply patch...... help please... this is the most important win 7 tweaker (especially on a 10'' laptop!) |

| | Spotted a mistake, uploaded a new version. Hopefully that one works. Also noticed a mistake in the 32-bit version for an older update (KB977074, Explorer v 6.1.7600.16450), that version can't ever have worked. If for some strange reason it did work for anyone with that explorer version, and the new DisableTaskbarOnTop broke it, let me know. |

| | Thanks tweaker for the recent update to DisableTaskbarOnTop. It didn't work after Windows 7 SP1. Tried downloading DisableTaskbarOnTop again, saw file dates 02/28, and it worked! Lifesaver for me. |
