How to Add "Advanced User Accounts" to the Control Panel in Windows
InformationThis will show you how to add Advanced User Accounts, also known as netplwiz or control userpasswords2, to the Control Panel in Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

Here's How:1. To Remove "Advanced User Accounts" from Control PanelThat's it,
NOTE: This is the default setting.A) Click/tap on the download button below to download the file below. B) Go to step 3.2. To Add "Advanced User Accounts" to Control PanelA) Click/tap on the download button below to download the file below.3. Save the .reg file to the Desktop.Add_Advanced_User_Accounts_to_Control_Panel.reg
4. Double click/tap on the downloaded .reg file to Merge it.
5. Click/tap on Run, Yes, Yes (UAC-Windowws 7/8) or Continue (UAC-Vista), and OK when prompted.
6. When finished, you can delete the .reg file if you like.
