I should have scrolled down.. thought it actually did something special with those reg entries.. The reg entries do nothing (maybe invoke a virus?)

You can just drag on to the menu. I was wanting a expanding menu..

Hello Kimsit, and welcome to Seven Forums.

No, they do not invoke a virus. All my files here are 100% clean.

After you apply the REG file to enable pinning to the Start Menu, right click on a folder or library. You will now see the option to Pin to Start Menu. By default you do not have the Pin to Start Menu option for a folder or library. It will just pin the folder to the Start Menu. It will not not be an expanding folder. For that you will have to pin the folder to the taskbar instead.
