How to Create Custom Start Orb Image

Hi!
I made one in PNG 32b, with all size and all position versions (6801 to 6812 in explorer.exe).
And I cannot convert it to BMP 32b properly 'cause I have not Photoshop and Alpha Converter give me ugly BMP files. I looked after some others converter, I found 2, but they give me the same awful result.

Well, and it does not stop there : an addon from my browser (Ghostery) completely freeze my browser when I click on "Attachment" button... Same thing when I disable this addon.
