    Doesn't Work

I've tried this with Windows 8. I get the theme, but it shows up as blank. No wallpaper listed.

Just wanted to mention that I followed this tutorial with my Windows 10 x64bit machine and was able to get it to work via option one with a file path in the group policy editor to C:\Windows\ThemesFolder\themename.theme. Important variation being that the file path did not work with quotes around it. I removed the quotes and it worked for me. On the first login I saw my custom theme wallpaper. My thanks for this tutorial :).

Hello All, all the actions with the registry works, except for one detail, at least, for me. The Aero effec is not enable when loging with a new user. The effect is enable in the "default" theme, or at least it is on the user account I'm making the default theme from.

a little help would be much appreciated.

    Cheers.
