How to See a Keyboard Layout Preview in Windows 7

       Information
This will show you how to see a keyboard layout preview of a input language in Windows 7 and Vista.

The keyboard layout controls which characters appear on the screen when you press the keys on your keyboard. Some input languages have several keyboard layouts; others have only one. This can make it easier to enter text or edit documents in multiple languages.

    OPTION ONE

    Preview Keyboard Layout

    1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), and click on the Region and Language icon.

    2. Click on the Keyboards and Languages tab, then click on the Change keyboards button. (see screenshot below)

    OPTION TWO

Preview Keyboard Layout while Adding Input Language

    2. Select a keyboard layout (ex: United States - International) that you want to preview, and click on the Preview button. (see screenshot above)
NOTE: Make sure that you either leave the keyboard layout checked to add it, or unchecked to not add or remove it.

    3. When finished previewing, you can click on Close in the preview window to return to "Add Input Language". (see screenshot below)

    Hello Ryo,

You should be able to change the default input language with the keyboard layout you wanted to have it always be used at startup.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

i'm sure that's have something to copy on startup, or change some registry on it.
