    I have 1 slight problem. When I click on mini dumps, it says thank you for your patience, but it doesn't add anything to the seven forums folder.

    Did you Right Click and Ran as administrator ? Does you have MiniDump's under Minidump folder ?

    G'Day Capt. & all! I deal with a ramdom Blue screen problem in my PC. I've done already the complete procedure posted by you but item 8. i can not find the place to post "my own new thread" that should be in crashes & debbuging post. Info requested by sf diagnostic is ready to be uploaded. Just await for your reply in order to start the new thread. tks for your help. rgds.DaxJedi

    Here you go, go to this link Crashes and Debugging - Windows 7 Forums

    and click on the box that says "New Thread" and you'll be good to go.

    Thanks for the tool but when i made the reports i don't have any folder called "seven forums" on the desktop?

    Do you have any ideas ? (btw iI have run as administrator as asked)


    Edit: Solved the files were in D:\Users\username\Desktop\Seven Forums
