FAQ's * If you encounter any more problems just post it here we will be glad to assist you !! Q: I'm getting an Error while running the Tool
A: Your getting this error is because you haven't Elevated the program i.e. you haven't ran the program as administrator follow this tutorial for more information Run as administrator. Q: Nothing happens while I click on the Tool A: Most probably your Antivirus / Firewall might be blocking the Tool from running so it's recommend to disable your Antivirus / Firewall and then run the Tool again. Also right click on the Tool go to Properties and under General Tab see it has an option "Unblock" if so click on unblock then try again Q: After downloading the Tool it doesn't show the extension as "exe" it shows as ".download" A: This happens most when you have web protection Toolbar on your browser. You could try to disable the Tool bar then re-download. Hope this helps, Captain | Published by | | Crash Dump Analyst Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 4,524 | |
