It's ok should u decided to join it to another tut. That's fine with me.

I use FastStone Capture - last free version here ( A+ Freeware - Multimedia & Design - FastStone Capture 5.3 (last freeware version) ) and free Jing ( Jing | Add visuals to your online conversations ). Both work great and I can make arrows, annotations, mark fields, etc. My FSC is set to the Prt Scrn button and Jing to F9. That way I can capture anything in full screen or snipped - even fly-out context menus that would usually not stick around if you have to click on e.g. the Snipping Tool.

I just came across this tutorial and tried it - HP Pavillion s5213w Windows 7 64bit - and nothing happened. I've tried Shift+PrtScr, Ctrl+PrtScr, Alt+PrtScr with the same (no) results.
(Is it too late to get into this discussion?)

Doesn't it work if you just use the PrtScr button?

Depends on the system. E.g. on mine it is Fn+Prt Scr

Hello Gofra, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Are you only pressing the Print-Screen (PrtScn) key?

Sometimes a full screen game will have it's own method of taking a screenshot that will need to be used instead.
