I have made a zip file and have tried to upload it to forum. But when I try to drag the file in, it wont let me. When I try to browse to select the file, I crash. Any suggestions? Thanks J
No need to drag, just select with the Browse link, double click the file, then click upload. There is a 8GB limit for a .zip file.

OK, in that case maybe you should ask for help in this forum. Make sure you set your system to gather a mini dump as shown.

May I suggest that you recommend the use to install puush or lightshot instead?
I doubt that this is the only time they will need to screenshot something, and having a dedicated software for the job is really easing.

Snipping Tool is a dedicated screen capture tool.......in fact, that's all it does.
