VM Virtual Box wont run

    VM Virtual Box wont run


    I've just finished installing the Virtual Box and when I try to open it it gives me this message. Anyone know what I have done wrong please?

    Do you by any chance have Windows XP Mode or Microsoft Virtual PC installed on the same machine?

    I did have Windows XP mode installed, I followed the tutorial in this forum to delete it as I found it too slow. Would there still be some remnants?

    There shouldn't be any problems if you have rebooted the box. If you are still seeing problems....I would suggest that you completely uninstall Vbox...reboot...and then reinstall it.

    I give up... lol.
    I've reinstalled Windows XP Mode and all is good. Thank you. Its just so slow, but I can deal with that for now.

Dont know why this is. When i log in remotely, the first msg that pops up is that PowerISO isnt installed correctly.... I go to the remote pc, and locally it works just fine. Am i forgetting something or in the same boat here? Any ideas? :confused:
