Virtual PC Beta Causing BSOD

    I say chuck it and go with VirtualBox....
    hehe no probs, I should of been more clear in my post but was rushing in a rage that only Microsoft could induce

    I can't say i've ever used VirtualBox, does it allow you to use more of your machines hardware such as the Sound and Graphic card? Or are they generic devices?

    unfortunately, both are generic devices - but VBox allows for DirectSound use for the sound, or a generic 16bit (?) sound device, and for graphics I think you can adjust the video memory to a max of 128 MB....

    If someone could figure out a viable solution for full hardware virtualization without having to pay tons of money I'd be there in a heartbeat - it would certainly make my life easier, seeing as I have a pair of GTX 260s, with each monitor plugged into its own card....
