Does XP mode in win 7 now support graphics acceleration?

    Does XP mode in win 7 now support graphics acceleration?


    i removed the win7 xp mode because it didnt support graphics acceleration and went to virtualbox, has anything changed?

    No, nothing's changed (probably won't, either - XP Mode is supposed to be for app compat, so I doubt there's a huge push to get Virtual PC to do graphics acceleration (yet). MED-V might push that envelope when it (eventually) supports using Windows Virtual PC, but I wouldn't hold my breath right now. You'll probably be waiting until Win8 for something like that, at the least.

    Yep, XP Mode is designed with business and enterprise compatibility in mind. VMware Workstation and VirtualBox are there for the 3D acceleration.
