Linux CENTOS 7 / various Windows OS'es and servers

Hi there
I don't know about parallels too much but if it's like vmware or vbox you should be able to see the HOST HDD's -- set the networking option to NAT, Bridged or Host only , ensure your Host drives are shareable and then simply in Windows explorer on the Guest VM do a Connect Network drive.

For W7 hosts you'll need to turn on Network discovery and allow sharing via any firewalls.

If you still can't see the Host drives from the VM try connecting via a specific IP address such as \\\Vol_D where the IP address is the IP address of your HOST machine.
