Uninstalling Virtual PC update
I know the topic of uninstalling Virtual PC from Windows 7 has been covered several times but I'm having some difficulty.
I installed it a few days ago in the hope of running a scanner on it which doesn't have a Windows 7 driver; sadly it doesn't pick up the scanner no matter what driver I use.
I've uninstalled XP Mode from the Programs and Features list in Control Panel, and now want to remove Virtual PC. I've located the Update (K958559) in the Update History (see the Update History screenshot), but when I go to the window for uninstalling an update it isn't listed (see the screenshot of updates to uninstalll in date order of installation).
What's also odd is that in the Start > All Programs menu Windows Virtual PC is listed along with some XP Mode Applications links. However when I open the file location of any of these links, it just points to a rundll32.exe file in the Windows>System32 directory.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
