How can I make a whole hard drive a vhd?

I currently have a dual boot system, XP from C: and Win 7 from G: I would like to start using Virtual PC to run the XP system rather than rebooting the machine. Is there anyway to have my C:\ be the VHD for my XP Virtual PC? This way I could switch to the XP mode, and I would not have to reinstall anything.

What you can do is run VMwater vCenter Converter (VMware vCenter Converter, Convert Physical Machines to Virtual Machines), which is free and will let you turn your existing XP Machine into a virtual machine that can be run in VMware Player (VMware Player: Run Windows 7, Chrome OS - Free Download for a Virtual PC), which is also free.
