Transferring from old to new and XP mode
I am going from a notebook with Xp and I have alot of old programs and files I would need to bring into my new notebook with Windows 7 64 bit.
Do I need 3 party programs? or will Windows 7 and Xp Mode do this? I realize with searching the web that files can be transferred but I am not sure if I can do programs installed on my old notebook. Not sure If I have the floppy's still and other discs.
Can I access and copy the whole image from the old notebook onto new then use xp to open programs and files within the old image?
