Windows 7: Can't copy XP from physical Hard Drive

Can't copy XP from physical Hard Drive

I found a pretty good guide to do this but the guide is telling me to run what I think is a script in VBoxManage. Well anytime I try to run VBoxManage.exe from the C:\Program File\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe it pops up a CMD looking screen and scrolls through a bunch of stuff then closes. Can anyone help me, please and thank you?

Guide is here: Migrate_Windows - VirtualBox

And here is the youtube link of what I upload to show you what it's actually doing: YouTube - VBoxManage.exe Fails.avi

OK, so I've figured out how to use VBoxManage, but can some one tell me exactly what to type? The Guide that I have provided isn't painting enough of a clear picture for me. I've been able to convert the physical drive into a VMWare file, but is there a way to just convert it to a VirtualBox File format or convert the VMWare file format into Virtualbox? Please help!
