MS Color Control Panel in XP Mode - Not Wkg

I'm running Win XP Mode in Win Virtual PC. The host is Windows 7 64 bit Pro. I downloaded & installed Microsoft's Color Control for Win XP - no problem with installation.

The "Color" icon now appears in the Control Panel in XP Mode, but when I try to open it, I get a message box stating "The Microsoft Color Control Applet for Windows XP does not support running in a remote desktop session".

Apparently it thinks I am running a remote desktop session due to the virtual disc.

Is there any workaround to resolve this - or do I just need to forget about it?
