XP mode VM keeps diconnecting from Domain

Hello

I have several Windows 7 machines that run the XP Mode VM. The VM's are setup to use NAT, since it is the default, and are joined to the domain. Usually in the morning, especially on Monday, I have people who cannot login on the VM, they get a message saying the domain cannot be reached,(even thought they can login in the Windows 7 host). I have to un-join the VM from the domain (using the XPMUser account) and re-join it to be able to login. What could be causing this loss of connection? Is it the NAT, is it hibernation of either the VM or the host, or what?

Thanks for your help
Steve Keating
