Windows 7 - Memory Management

Memory Management

I've installed Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP Mode following a clean re-install.
I'm sure I managed to increase the memory allocation from 512Mb before but I can't find a way of doing it.
I've checked the settings in Windows XP Mode.vmcx; Auto Publish is enabled but the memory allocation is greyed out.
I also checked MSCONFIG (in the VM) > Boot.ini > advanced settings but no luck there.
Any ideas out there?
BTW I have 3x2Gb RAM installed.

Problem solved!

All I needed to do was disable Integration Features.

I also managed to get 32-bit colour.
