Mac OS X Virtualiztion for Windows?
Hello.
I've installed Windows XP Mode and Windows Virtual PC and I'm thrilled that it's possible to run old Windows OS's on Windows 7. But I'm wondering if it's possible to run other non-Microsoft Virtual PCs, such as Snow Leopard and Linux, through Virtual technology.
Any sites (except for torrents, viruses and all that) that have free virtualization software that's Snow Leopard and/or Linux compatible would be helpful!

Linux OS's will run just fine. They work on Microsoft Virtual PC...but not very well. It's best to use VMWare Player or Oracle Virtual Box to run your Linux virtual machines as they have better support and things like vmware tools and the equivalent for virtual box.
With regards to OSX, techically you violate the EULA if you load their OS to non-Apple hardware. With that said, it can be done...but everything that I have seen has been outrageously slow. I generally don't even recommend trying.

Thanks for the answer but I'm looking into my system info right now and my CPU (sadly) was manufactured by AMD (it's actually an AMD Turion).I know that OS X runs on Intel hardware, but will OS X still work ?

If it's virtualized, it can work with an AMD processor.
