Windows 7 - XP Mode continues to freeze during setup

Charger Windows 7 Ultimate x64 2 posts Jupiter	XP Mode continues to freeze during setup I decided to download Windows XP Mode since I upgraded my computer to Ultimate (64-bit). I already have Service Pack 1, so I did not download the 3rd file. I downloaded Virtual PC and XP Mode. I go through the regular XP mode setup, set a password, enable updates, but during the set-up process my computer will either freeze (causing me to force restart) or it will restart itself. Any reason why?
