Hello,
Could somebody please tell me if there is any way I could make a virtual disk drive that I can boot to while my computer is in BIOS?

One of the tutorials below may be able to allow you to do what you want.

Boot from a VHD using Windows 7

Virtual Hard Drive VHD File - Create and Start with at Boot
