I just checked the manual for your motherboard. It has the same setting as my motherboard with the difference that Secure Virtual Machine Mode [Disabled]. You need to enable it. You then should have no problem.

If I run AMD CPUInfo it shows "Secure Virtual Mode" as being Supported but not Enabled. If I start XP Mode and rerun AMD CPUInfo it then shows "Secure Virtual Mode" as being Enabled.
Additionally, when one goes to download Microsoft VM and the XP Mode, there is a tool available for free download, that checks the BIOS configuration and indicates whether hardware virtualization is enabled in the BIOS or not. Quite nifty.

XP Mode Issues
I am having several issues with XP Mode. Here is one: While running Photoshop CS2 in seamless mode, I don't have have access to the USB scanner. In regular mode, there is a drop down menu where I can attach the USB scanner. Is this just an oversight by Microsoft?
