Windows Loading screen does not display properly

This is just an old issue for me at my home. But i just want it to be fix if there is any solution. The loading screen of Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit does not display properly in my SyncMaster Samsung LD190 with a native resolution of 1366 x 768 using a VGA plug. I cant identify the problem i tried updating my driver, but still the Loading screen is still off-set not in center as what a natural PC does, but anyway there is no problem in the Log-On screen and Desktop after loading.

Center it (adjust it) using the menu buttons on the monitor.

That's it exactly - most likely your monitor just has the wrong adjustments saved for the 800x600 resolution.

If you're unable to adjust the monitor image because the startup screen goes by too fast, change your desktop resolution temporarily from 1360x768 to 800x600.

Adjust the monitor and then simply change the resolution back.

Just press the Delete key or what ever key enters your BIOS setup menu and you can take all the time you want to adjust it.
