run xp 32-bit app in 64bit under VPC?
Hello there!
I have a necessary app running on XP SP3 for which Windows 7 will install the hardware driver, but when I try to install the app under Windows 7 it wil abort stating I can't use it in 64-bit OS.
If I d/l Virtual PC or the XP emulator, can I run 32-bit programs in the virtual machine? Dumb question, I know...

The version of XP in XP mode is actually 32-bit, its only the virtualisation software thats 64-bit so you should be able to install that application ok. | | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number self built

Cant install 64bit even though my processor is 64bit capable.
