it is a 16 bit game, i have read the mm archive but still nothing. is there a way to use the windows xp display drivers in windows 7? the game was working correctly when i had windows xp.
You cant use XP drivers because thats not what is preventing it.

Your best bet is a virtual xp machine if your hardware supports it.

How do i make virtual pc 2007 use my video card?

Hi, I have an Nvidia GT220 1GB Graphics Card but Microsoft Midtown Madness (Game) is not recognizing it in the game, so it is running on software and the graphics are rubbish. i had Windows XP then Upgraded to Windows 7. When i played the game on XP the graphics card was recognized, but not in Windows 7. i have installed the latest drivers and latest version of DirectX. I have made no hardware changes to my computer.
I have tried to run the game in a virtual Machine (Microsoft virtual PC 2007). Is there a way of using my graphics card in that virtual Machine? If not What else could i do to make Midtown Madness recognize my graphics card? Nvidia said on there control panel that Midtown Madness is compatible. What am I doing wrong. HELP!!!

It's not going to be great, but you can try the card using VMWare Player.
