Windows 7 - XP mode issue in Windows 7 pro

| | XP mode issue in Windows 7 pro Hi, I am a technician in a primary school having recently install Windows 7 pro so I can use Xp mode / Virtual Pc to run the existing school software. All Xp programs run Ok except Smartboard software which is used of course with a projector. All drivers are enabled in control panel but the Pc will not detect the board in Xp mode or Windows 7. Have tried connecting the board to another Pc with just Xp and all is fine. (This is the only Win 7 / Xp mode Pc we have at present). Smart say their software is compatible whichever version is used. I cannot seem to find this issue anywhere so would be grateful for anyones help. Thanks, Paulo  |

| | What are you using to connect the smartboard to the PC? VGA port, USB port, Serial port? |

| | Win 7 Pro / XP mode The board is connected via USB 2.0. The board works fine on a Pc with Xp pro installed. thanks. |
