Bios, Virtualization Technoloy is grayed out.

I want to dual boot Win 7 and Win8 preview. I ran the "havdetecttool" and it indicated I have the Virtualization technology but it is not enabled. But, when I enter the bios>system configuration the "Virtualization Technology" was grayed out and therefore I could not enable it.
My PC: HP ProBook 4530s. Intel sandy bridge i3-2310m, Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard
Model 167C (CPU 1), Version A0001D02.
Thanks
