how do I enable hardware virtualization

Hi ive run securable and got this
ive looked in the bios and i cant find the option to enable it
Please Help

It should be under CPU Configuration from the BIOS, well it is for my 2500K anyway. Unless your CPU doesn't support it.

According to here it is unsupported:

You would need to check the Spec Code for your E5300 processor. Only Spec Codes ending in "L" support VT-x. None support VT-d.
