How to? XP VM for multiple Win7 users

I need to create a XP VM on a win764 box that has multiple users. I want all the users on the win7 box to use the same VM. I also need it to automatically login to the VM without asking for credentials from win7 or xp. I've turned off integration and done the "control userpasswords2" thing.
When I log in as a new user and start the VM, win7 pops up with a credentials box. Once I enter the username and password and check "remember credentials" it goes fine. I want to eliminate that initial credentials box though.

Yes, its there, but when I try to run it, it asks for a password.....thats the issue.

Oh I know the passwords, and if I enter the pw it logs right in. The problem is that I dont want it to ask for a password each time a new (win7) user tries to run it.

That works on a per user basis. The computer gets used by many people with domain logins. Each time a new user logs in and clicks on the VM it asks for credentials. Its a win 7 credential box that pops up (they look differnet from xp credential boxes).
I want to eliminate having to do what you describe each time a new user logs in.

So the EULA says that each new domain user must enter the same credentials to get into the VM, but as long as they have done it once they dont have to do it again?

That doesnt make sense.

If it makes a difference, this is Win 7 Enterprise.

Also, as stated in my first post, each of the domain users will be accessing the same VM, so its only one instance. From what I can see in the EULA, this is completley fine.
