looking for advice with virtual to physical migration

basically what im trying todo is to migrate a windows 7 ultimate 64 bit virtual hard drive from vmware workstation to a physical C: drive. i have the virtual drive already configured the way i want it. im going to use acronis or ghost to make an image of the drive then restore the image to my current C: drive. im looking for some help/advice. the virtual drive is setup on the same hardware as the physical machine. do i need to sysprep the image first? the other thing im a little lost about is that a standard Windows 7 install has a 100mb partition infront of the c: partition. when i go into drive managment in the virtual machine there is no 100mb partition. im welcome to ideas, advice, help or suggestions! thank you! -lokey
