Windows 7: Network Share Error While Virtualizing Physical Machine

I continually receive this message while I try to virtualize my physical machine.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, I disabled firewalls, my User account control settings, I have full administrative privileges on this user account. I don't know what the problem is and nobody else has had this type of problem based on google searches. I checked my network settings and nothing seems to block other connections.

Edit: OK, I seem to have fixed it myself. There was a problem I unintentionally came across while attempting to use my firewall and it had to do with the registry. I passed this error and it seems like its working.
