Windows 7: Virtualbox Host-Only Network

Virtualbox Host-Only Network

I have Virtualbox installed on Windows 7 x64, and recently I've noticed a problem where the Host network icon has a red X on it. Opening the Network and Sharing Center shows a Virtualbox Host-Only Network classified as an Unidentified Public network with no network access. Virtualbox actually works properly and I have internet access in my guest OS. Is there a way to correct this error?

Update: A little research revealed that the Host Only Network is not necessary - my VMs connect just fine without it - so I removed it from the Network and Sharing Center. This cleared up the Red-X problem on the notification area Network icon.
