Clipboard not working between host and p2v guest

Hi,

I've searched and found a few similar threads, but none that really gave an answer to my question.

I have p2v'd my work laptop to VMware Workstation 8.0.3, guest is Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit, host is running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Copy/paste beween other guests is working fine, its not working with that p2v'd one and I have no idea how or why that is not working.

When I launch RDP sessions in the guest, clipboard is shared with them so clipboard sharing is working within the VM itself to other machines.

I've checked the obvious in VMware settings, Guest Isolation I have enable drag and drop and copy and paste enabled.

I really hope someone can help because its really very annoying. I have to mail myself everything that is too much to type over
