virtual pc not installing on Window 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I have been having issues for awhile with virtual pc and xpmode. I finally got the xpmode to fully load and install instead of it constantly being interrupted for some reason. My problem now is virtual PC will not install. i keep getting an error each time I try to run the download. Attached is the error I am gettin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

If you have a disc version of XP or Vista, I recommend VMWare Player. It is a free download (with a free registration) and makes customizing a virtual OS pretty easy. VMware Player: Run Windows 7, Chrome OS - Free Download for a Virtual PC

I had some problems with the free MS version of XP and the lack of simple customization, so a friend pointed me to VMWare and I love it. Currently running XP (x86) and Vista Home (x86) inside of Win 7 Pro x64 with no problems. As far as your stated problem... sorry I can't help with that.
