    Windows 2012 released on Technet -- am going tpo try this as a VM


    Hi there
    Anybody else tried Windows 2012 server as a VM -- any noticeable difference from Windows 2008 server.

    (Technet members can download it now if they want).

    Problems with installs / running etc etc. ?? Anybody. Other comments on Windows 2012 server also welcome.

Microsoft kept their original September 4th date to release Server 2012, yet I don't see the Essentials version on TechNet. I see the other versions, including VL that my subscription isn't able to get. Apparently, Essentials hasn't gone RTM yet...only the higher end SKUs.
