Windows XP Mode Help- How do you auto run on startup?

I have a user that is using windows 7 pro x64.

This user has programs that must be run in windows xp mode.

I have created the window xp mode vhd and set and tested the shortcuts on the Windows 7 desktop and everything is working great.

I would like to be able to have the user run the program from the desktop without having to start the virtual pc first.

Does anyone know of a way for the virtual pc to run at startup without user interaction?

I thought of the startup folder but the VM opens up on the user screen ...which he then has to close to hibernation and then clicks on the xpmode shortcuts on the Windows 7 desktop.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
