Can't see any files on my HDDs

I am running VMWare Workstation.
I am very new to this.
After a couple installs of the Workstation, I was able to create and power on Linux VMs on the Workstation.
But the thing is it just sees itself (the VM) and the removable devices I put on there, but not the HDDs on my computer.
How do I make it see the HDDs on my computer?

Three screenshots that maybe helpful.

All I want is for the Virtual Machine to see my Hard Disk, therefore my partitions.
There must be some setting for it, but I couldn't find it.
