After I played with the settings, I uninstalled and installed the VMware Workstation, kept the Shared VM as unshared, put VMware Workstation at logon, and press the power on button. This seems so much easier than entering my username and password.
I still haven't found a way to see my disk partitions in the guest system though. Either most of the users do not use that option, or I lost my SEO job because I can't the find things on the internet. I couldn't see that in the manual, in the forums, couldn't find on the internet, etc. Anyway, one problem solved.

The virtual machine will only be able to see the folders that you share with it.

I must have not installed Vmware Tools correctly before even though I have tried several times installing it. My virtual Machines were never full screen in the VMware window, now it is. Also, I didn't know that I would find the shared folders in /mnt/hgfs.
