Can I use Microsoft Multipoint for Gaming?

I want to use multipoint for gaming but I found out that its acually a seperate OS and when I try to install it gives me a message saying -
"The partition you selected might contain files from a previous windows installation. If it does, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will not be able to use your previous version of Windows."

So now I have 2 questions;
1. Can I put multipoint on a seperate user and partitions and switch out between users/partitions?

2. I know that multipoint is mainly used for teaching so if I do install this can I still install all the normal programs that I would on my normal windows 7 os? Like steam, chrome, and themes?

Thanks!
