How to move VHD to ramdisk on boot-time?

I want to do this:

1. Get a SSD
2. Install Windows into a VHD on the SSD
3. Create an empty child VHD on the SSD
4. This is the hard part: copy the child VHD to a RAM disk
5. Add this child VHD to the Bootmenu
6. Have fun!

But HOW can step 4 be made? Any solutions?

Thank you.
