vm fusion problem with windows 7

I can't open my windows 7 virtual machine within my vm fusion... This is the error I get when I try and open it:

Unable to open file "/Volumes/FreeAgent Drive/Backups.backupdb/Cindy Boyer’s MacBook Pro/2012-07-09-155102/Macintosh HD/Users/Home/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows 7.vmwarevm/Windows 7.vmdk": Insufficient permission to access file.

Please help!!!
