    Welcome Kavi

That is aero flip. Go to device manger make sure your graphics driver is up to date and that there are no yellow warnings in the device manager.
How much RAM do you have?
Also, type aero in search (by start button) click on "find and fix problems with aero".

    Kavi,
What did you install between the time Win+Tab was working and now?

Did you maybe try out another video driver? or another video card?

Your computer had to have some "help" from you for this to stop working.

In the meantime, ALT + TAB will at least let you sequence through your running programs. Just like WIN + TAB but without that "aero" effect.

i read numerous forums but nothing worked...
finally i managed to do it.. in my case it was something completely different..

    1. open control panel
    2. on the search box type visual..
    3. you should get the option "Find and Fix problems with transparency and other visual effect" under "Troubleshooting"
    4. click on and let windows 7 worry abt it for a while and you are a few clicks away from fixing the problem!!

hope it works out for you...

Had this same problem after running the Lenovo Updates for my T400 laptop. Found this post, and the "find and fix" utility fixed it. I can now do the win-tab thing again.

    Thanks!!!!
